Funding Your Franchise
The franchise purchase fee is currently £9,500 + VAT. This is a one off payment, there are no renewal fees in subsequent years. The fee also includes full training and all resources required to commence trading. Ongoing fees of 20% of franchise turnover are payable monthly and are fully inclusive of all resources required, such as stationery and ongoing update training.
No other start up costs are anticipated as the franchise requires no premises, machinery, stock or specialised equipment.
The franchise purchase fee is payable in full upon signing the franchise contract.
Low Entry Cost Option
Kalmindon is able to defer the majority of the above franchise fee through our associate programme.
Associates operate in the same way as franchisees but the purchase fee for an associateship is only £2,500 + VAT. Associate earnings are a little less than franchisee earnings at around £32,000 per annum but associates can convert to franchise at a later date (subject to availability).
